“Back in 2007 we were under tremendous pressure to move our 3 Dublin offices into our new custom-built single Dublin office and ATS pulled out all the stops for us to achieve our very tight deadline. ATS designed, commissioned and wired our complete IP telephony system and networking infrastructure. They worked late into the evening and through the weekend on the move and all the systems were up and running when the staff moved in on Monday morning.

Over the years we have had 0% outages from ATS’s supplied Alcatel-Lucent Omni PCX Office IP telephony solution and the Alcatel-Lucent network switch infrastructure. From the helpdesk support staff to the field support systems engineers, (a special mention of Barry O’Donnell is appropriate here), to the account management team, there is an awareness around customer satisfaction and a real feeling of being looked after by an indigenous Irish company.

With their help and advice we have been able to integrate our other Irish offices within one common IP connected telephony solution, using the Dublin office as the main hub and integrating with other manufacturer’s technologies.”

"Once again we have engaged the services of ATS to carry out a big refurbishing job for us. This entailed the repositioning of desks, so all the cabling for IT equipment and telephones had to be redirected, reconnected and returned to perfect working order for start of business on Monday morning. The engineers worked over the weekend, together with a team of electricians, IT personnel and our furniture suppliers and everything was left in perfect working order for Monday morning. I have not had one complaint from the department concerned.
