Our Team

At ATS we focus on retention in every aspect of our business. That is why we ensure that our staff satisfaction is high so that our staff turnover is low. This belief has ensured that many of our talented staff of 35 people have been with us for over 10 years. Their combined knowledge, expertise and desire to exceed the clients’ expectations is what makes ATS stand out from its competitors.

In order to ensure that optimum service is delivered, we invest in our people. A strong commitment to training ensures that our support centre and field engineers hold the latest technology certifications from our partners such as:

• ACFE on Alcatel-Lucent
• ACSE on Alcatel-Lucent
• Cisco CCNA Certified
• Cisco BCMSN Certified
• Toshiba PBX Certified

ATS have 15 fully qualified technical engineers. All our engineers have a minimum of 10 years experience in maintaining telephone systems – many have significantly more having worked originally for Alcatel when they had a direct model. These engineers received their training on the older models, specifically the 4200, whilst working with Alcatel. We have invested significantly in ongoing training and more specifically in the Alcatel range. We have 2 fully accredited system experts and the remaining engineers are accredited field engineers.

Working together the combined experience of the ATS team means that customers have continuous access to the highest standards of local project management and technical support across a wide range of technologies by professionals who understand your business. We recognise that the source of most of our business is existing customers and referrals from existing customers and therefore our staff approach every task with enthusiasm, diligence and care.
