Post sales support is provided through our manufacturer trained and certified engineers based on our help desk in Dublin or field based support staff. Tickets can be logged online in our customer area, by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org and through calling the support desk at 01-2079570.
Every issue logged will be confirmed by a mail showing the trouble ticket reference. The progress of a ticket can be tracked through the online portal in our customer area.
