Implementation

As part of our overall service delivery we not only design and install your hardware but we oversee all aspects of the process from purchase to implementation. This ensures a seamless integration of the new solution with your existing network in place.  We also provide user training for each member of staff so that everyone is comfortable and happy with the new system.

ATS not only provide the consultancy, design and physical hardware and software to deliver a tailor made solution, we also:

• Manage all aspects of the installation including testing

• Fully train all necessary members of staff

• Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance through our service desk and network of field based engineers.

While initially we may be the experts in the solutions that we are implementing, our goal is to ensure that our customers become the experts and realise the full potential and cost benefits of their system.
