The design and planning of any telecoms solution begins with a comprehensive understanding of the customer and their business requirements.
To identify the requirements of each customer ATS will undertake a site survey of the customer’s premises. The survey results are then passed back to our in house team who will design and plan a solution based around the needs of the customer. It is at this stage that project management plans and restraints are also laid out.
Whether working with a small business with 5 extensions or a large multi site corporation, our team take a wide range of factors into consideration including the financial constraints, project management, implementation and maintenance of the final solution.
