Take Control: Not only will we print a concise bill for you every month, but we will also send a fully itemized bill to you in Excel format. This will allow you to pull off any report you wish. Launched in June 2004 we can now provide you with access to view your bill on-line anytime of the day or night. Our billing platform produces accurate and reader friendly analysis of all your business calls. Please find attached on a separate sheet your User name and Password

Voice: We realise that with so many ‘voices’ in the market choosing your carrier can be difficult sometimes. With us your voice counts! We would be delighted to hear feedback from you on any issue big or small.

Your mail will be responded to within 30 minutes, or log onto our website at www.ats.ie and select contact us and complete your query in the fields provided. Again we will respond with 30 minutes.
Our Billing Platform – what it can do for you: Here at ATS Voice we provide you with your personal logon details which gives you access to your phone bill online. You can also view call information for current and past billing periods. A filtering tool is provided to report on various parameters including duration, call cost, and price range amongst others. Online, in the reports section, the following reports are currently available: Extension Analysis, Department Analysis, 30 Longest Calls and 30 Most Expensive Calls. These can be queried per site and against previous billing periods. Also, user Information held against the Extension can be added, deleted or updated. Finally you also can set up automatic notification of calls that you would like to be notified about. An e-mail will be automatically sent to you when a call is made that matches the criteria that you enter.
How to sign up for ATS Voice: In order to see if we can make you savings, we need a copy of your phonebill. You can either fax it to 01 2988767 for the attention of Niamh or scan and email it to niamh.mcswiney@ats.ie ATS Voice will then come back to you with a detailed proposal, showing you exactly where we will make you savings and what call rates we are going to apply to your account. If you are happy to sign over to ATS Voice, the process is seemless. We will request that your numbers are transferred over from your current provider. There will be no downtime for you.
PBX Fraud: Telephone systems are frequently targeted by hackers in order to gain illegal access. Usually this will involve telephone fraud resulting in high cost international and premium rate services which can expose the company to charges running into thousands of Euro. Losses suffered in this way are the responsibility of the customer and not the supplier or network operator. While no system is invulnerable there are a number of basic measures that can be taken to minimise the risk of fraud. Here at ATS we like to ensure that we do all that we can to protect our customers from PBX fraud. That is why we offer all of our customers who have a Telephone System from ATS a free introductory service call from one of our engineers who will visit your site and undertake a security audit. For those of you who have a Telephone System maintained by another supplier please contact them to ensure you are not at risk.
