Diverts for Toshiba Phone Systems

HOW DO I GET MY COMPANIES MAIN NUMBER TO DIVERT TO VOICEMAIL?

On the main switch phone, there is normally a button marked NIGHT.

Press the NIGHT key followed by number 3 on the phone. On some systems you may also be required to press the Divert to VM or Divert All key as well as the night key.

To cancel this divert, Press the NIGHT key followed by number 1, and switch of the Divert VM or Divert All key also.

 

HOW DO I DIVERT MY PHONE TO MY MOBILE?

CTX100, CTX670, CIX40, CIX100, CIX670

If Divert external is allowed on your system, from your own extension, press #6011, dial 9 followed by the mobile number and # to save

To cancel this divert, dial #6051

DK16, DK40, DK280

You must store the number you wish to divert to under personal speed dial code 49.

To store speed Dial numbers

Press Redial followed by speed dial, enters in the first code (10-49), dial 9 followed by the telephone number and press redial to save

Once this is done, to divert your phone to that number, press the intercom key, dial in #670 and press the speaker key to set

You must store the number you wish to divert to under personal speed dial code139.

Once this is done, to divert your phone to that number, press the intercom key, dial in #670 and press the speaker key to set.

 

HOW DO I DIVERT THE COMPANIES PHONE TO A MOBILE?

CTX100, CTX670, CIX40, CIX100, CIX670

Firstly, you must ensure that all calls ringing into your company only ring to the main switch phone. If they don’t, press the night key followed by number 2 on the phone so as the night key will flash. Now ring your main number and see if only the switch phone rings. If not please contact 01-2079500 or operations@ats.ie

If your calls are ringing to the switch phone and if divert external is allowed on your system, from the main switch extension, press #6011, dial 9 followed by the mobile number and # to save. To cancel this divert, dial #6051
