Changing the time on your phone system

Toshiba Phone Systems

• Toshiba DK40
• Toshiba DK280
• Toshiba CT 

Dial Intercom # 652 then enter the correct time in 24hr format hh/mm/ss. Press Redial to save

• Toshiba CIX100
• Toshiba CIX670

These systems should update automatically but if not, please follow these insturctions

From the admin phone, press the Intercom Key then Dial #652. Leaving the handset down enter the time in 24hr format hh/mm/ss. Press # to save (The admin phone is usually extension 200 or your main switch phone)

Alcatel Phone Systems

All Alcatel Phone Systems will update automatically.
